The Utah Valley Parade of Homes Event

The annual Utah Valley Parade of Homes event showcases new, high-end custom homes that are fully decorated and landscaped throughout the Utah Valley. It gives builders, designers, landscapers, and architects the ability to showcase their incredible talent and ideas by sharing their projects with the community. Homeowners living in Payson, Woodland Hills, Salem, Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Springville, Orem, Provo, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Highland or Alpine may have seen several of the homes that were showcased in the 2019 show.

The event began in 1975 and the event is touted by organizers as the best Home Builder Event that Utah has to offer. It is hosted by The Utah Valley Home Builders Association which protects, preserves, and promotes the home building industry in Utah Valley. The Association is made up of both builder and associate members within the building industry as well as members who give back to the community through community service, scholarships, and other charitable donations. The 2019 Parade of Homes event had over 20,000 visitors and featured 40 different homes throughout Utah County. Home sizes range from 2,500 square feet to over 22,000 square feet, and home prices range from $450,000 to more than $5 million.
